We maintain social media profiles, particularly on X (Twitter) and Telegram, in order to communicate with our community and carry out campaigns such as giveaways.

Data Processing in the Context of Social Media Profiles

When you interact with our profiles (e.g. comments, direct messages, likes), the respective platform operators process technical data (e.g. IP address, device information) and your publicly visible profile information. These platforms act as their own controllers; please refer to their privacy policies.

Giveaways / Campaigns (Cryptocurrencies)

When participating in giveaways we organize, we collect and process the following personal data, as far as necessary:

  • Wallet address (e.g. Solana address)
  • Public social media username (X handle / Telegram name)

We do not request postal addresses, real names, or sensitive data. The wallet address is used solely for prize distribution. The social media username serves to identify the participant.

Legal Basis

Processing is carried out to implement and complete the giveaway (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). In some cases, processing may also be based on consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).

Storage Duration

Data collected exclusively for giveaways will be deleted after completion and possible review periods, at the latest three months after payout, unless statutory retention obligations exist.

Note on Wallet Addresses

Wallet addresses are technically pseudonymous data. Nevertheless, we treat them as personal data and process them in compliance with GDPR.

6. Blockchain Interactions (Swap & Rewards)

Our website provides the possibility to exchange the cryptocurrency Solana (SOL) for our token Luxor (LXR) via a Web3 connection. The following processing activities occur:

Processing Activities

  • To use the function, you must connect your wallet address with our website and/or the underlying smart contract.
  • During a swap, the Solana (SOL) you provide is transferred into the smart contract and the acquired LXR tokens are credited directly to your wallet.
  • Transaction data (e.g. wallet address, token amount, time) is permanently and publicly stored on the blockchain.
  • From the operations managed by the smart contract, rewards in LXR may be generated, which you can claim by reconnecting your wallet.

Legal Basis

Processing of your wallet address and transaction data is necessary to perform the requested swap and reward process (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

Special Features of Blockchain Transactions

  • Wallet addresses are considered pseudonymous personal data.
  • All transactions are public and permanently visible on the blockchain; deletion is technically impossible.
  • We do not store wallet addresses permanently in our systems, but only process them as far as technically required for the use of the smart contract.

Recipients & Disclosure

Your transaction data is processed exclusively within the Solana network and the decentralized exchange Raydium. No disclosure to third parties outside the blockchain takes place.

Risks

Dealing with cryptocurrencies and smart contracts involves risks (e.g. price fluctuations, technical errors, wallet security risks). Users bear full responsibility for the secure handling of their wallets and private keys.
